SUPPORT SCHOOL FUNDING

This just came to my attention from the Department of Education to Support School Funding~~~by submitting a Family Income Inquiry Form online.

Go to www.myschoolapps.com and select New York City Schools as your district to complete this form online today.

Please complete this form for all your children in your household, regardless of the school they attend~~grades Pre-K through high school.

Or, if needed, you can come into the school to complete a hard copy {paper form} if completing online is not doable for you at this time.
