We will be having 2 events on Thursday, October 27, 2022 for Halloween this year!

HALLOWEEN LASER SPOOKTACULAR this event is FREE—it is an exciting collection of laser drawn animations set to current rock/pop music. Parents/Guardians must be vaccinated to attend this in- person event in the school auditorium. {see attached flyer}

HALLOWEEN SPOOKTACULAR/FALL FESTIVAL Students and families are welcome to join—tickets are $ 5.00 each for this event {see attached flyer}

REMINDER!
The ESL and GED classes began this week and tomorrow, Friday is the first Zumba class for adults within the Variety Boys & Girls Club Beacon at I.S. 10 to start at 6:30pm.

Also, open the attached for community open house at the local fire department on Astoria Blvd and 42 street.

Come and sign up at The Variety Boys & Girls Club, BEACON on Saturday, October 8, 2022 from 10:00 AM -2:00 PM on the 46th street side entrance of I.S. 10 Q.

The staff wants to hold an event for Halloween for the parents and students, but we find ourselves needing to ask you if you can donate Halloween decorations and we will need 500 pumpkins as well for this event. Maybe you know somebody that can donate the pumpkins!

Anything you can give will be much appreciated.
