Afternoon session 12:30-2:30 PM

Evening session 4:30-7:30 PM

1/2 day Students will be dismissed @ 11:20 AM

Teachers will contact you about participating in the phone or virtual conferences. If you prefer, email the teacher you would like to speak to and request a meeting.

If you are unable to connect virtually or by phone during the evening conference or afternoon conference times, we can reschedule for a time that would be convenient for you.

To get ready for the Parent Teacher Conferences, families can access their child’s grades through the New York City Schools Account (NYCSA) and report cards will be distributed to the students during PM homeroom on Wednesday, November 8, 2023.
Conferences will occur by:

· Telephone

· e-mail

· ZOOM

· Google Meet or any other platform decided in cooperation with your child’s teacher

Also, tomorrow is CRAZY HAT DAY~~where the students will create and wear the CRAZY HAT they made!!

No costumes or masks or props are allowed in school for Halloween..............

The BEACON PROGRAM will be closed tomorrow due to Halloween. They will reopen their program again on Wednesday November 1, 2023.

2. SPOOKTACULAR is an event taking place at the school on October 26, 2023, 4:00-6:30 PM tickets are being sold now in the cafeteria during lunch for $ 8.00 each~~the tickets will be $ 10.00 at the door on the day of the event. {see flyer for details}

3. District 30 is sponsoring a Halloween event on October 27 this Friday @ 4:30-8:00 PM called "Trunk or Treat" at Astoria Park Parking Lot {see flyer for details}
